     Heirloom cherry tomato tossed w/olive oil, sea salt, bocconcini of mozzarella & basil


     A julienne of radicchio tossed w/poached pear, toasted almonds, granny smith apple glaze& gorgonzola


   Mista di Emilio:

     Our house salad of field greens tossed w/an italian vinaigrette, red& yellow grape tomato,  ceci beans,

     red onion & crumbled goat cheese

   Antipasto della Casa:

     A tasting of grilled baby artichokes, home roasted sweet bell peppers & fava bean bruschetta

   Torre di Melanzane:

     Baked layers of panko crusted Italian eggplant w/bufala mozzarella & tomato

   Polpetti della Casa

     Fresh house made veal meatballs roasted in a tomato herb sauce w/fresh ricotta

    Our own fresh plum tomato basil sauce  served over fresh house made pasta.

      Panzerotti Salsa di Noci:

   Our signature pasta dish! house-made little ravioli filled w/ricotta & swisschard served in a walnut cream


      Tagliatelle Funghetto:

   A medley of fresh seasonal mushrooms saute` w/garlic, olive oil & pecorino romano over fresh house made


      Pasta al Pesto:

   Classic basil, parsley, olive oil, garlic, pecorino romano cheese & pine nut sauce from our

    home city Genova w/gamberetti

      Pollo Capriciosa:

   Breast of chicken Milanese w/baby arugula, cherry tomato, olive oil, shaved parmigiano

    Breast of chicken pan seared w/grilled baby artichokes, lemon & wine
